Visible Learning Plus Institute

This one day event, featuring experts John Hattie from the University of Melbourne and Deb Masters from Cognition Education, will allow participants to dig deeper into what Doug Reeves calls the preponderance of evidence, or the Visible Learning research (800+ meta-analyses and 50,000+ studies on teaching, learning, and leadership). Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the contents of what is currently the top-selling academic book of all time, and be given opportunities to speak with the people behind the work.
During this one day event, participants will:
- Expand their knowledge of John Hattie’s Visible Learning research and understand the implications that this research has on teaching, learning, and leadership.
- Understand the correlation between research and classroom practice as well as develop evidence-based lessons for visible learners.
- View exemplars that will increase your understanding of what Visible Learning look like.
- Begin to develop an arsenal of evidence-based Visible Learning strategies that can be accessed immediately in any setting.
